It seems that the ASME...in 2005
hired Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories...
(these people take offense to being called insane lunatics)
to evaluate wet ethanol...as a fuel mixture...
(The same as they did in 1934)
Costs of production of wet ethanol was reduced by 38%...
The most energy was used to distill the product to dry ethanol...
They conducted tests that used a mixture of up to-65%...
water and ethanol...
Yupper...reduced NOx to 1.6 parts per million..
They stated using HCCI technology of today...
the Smokey Yunick version...
computerized...(over engineered)
Basically they stated if you improved the existing coolant system...
(holes in the thermostat base)
installing external oil coolers...(that is my addition)
The estimated improvement...
of the ICE efficiency could evolve to 78%...or more...
HMMMM???
To remove massive amounts of heat...generated...
it would not only be viably cost effective...daily useage..
it would reduce the carbon footprint of production-useage...
to 3% of what it is today...globally...
Greenhouse gases and all that...
In basic terms....
the fuel mixture...
is generating a lot of heat during combustion cycle...
the only fuel source known...
that does that...
from ethanol and water...(plus binders)
is hydrogen...in its many forms.(?)
The "many possible forms" of hydrogen being classified...
along with ASME creating new fuel mixture standards...
concerning wet ethanol...
So, to be more clear...
if hydrogen is produced/generated...
to supplement the existing fuel blends...
then what adjustments have to be made...
Timing has to remain in a certain operating corridor.
The HCCI technology is basically maintaining heated fuel...

The HCCI technology is about improved cooling...heat dissipation.
During the time of Smokey Yunick...

the fuel formulas were very different than of today.
wet ethanol was not involved....much less appreciated.
Understanding these pages I read...
I began to apply my basic knowledges...
to manifest the scenario...
of hydrogen on demand...
in small amounts...
To supplement the gas vapors...(?)
by the way...the more vaporous the fuel...
the less voltage required to ignite...
HMMM...
the voltages to the spark plug...
with HCCI is much lower than with other technologies.
This cannot be done with fuel injection...not possible.
The statement made in those papers I read...
involved "evaporating" the fuel mixtures.

That translates to distilling...
As I sudied the distilling of ethanol...home brewed...
The many high energy(lighter) gases...
were gleaned off...
in the times when achieving/producing "dry ethanol"

Well, that makes sense to what the big boys stated...
Point of contention...(mis-information)
much more energy in wet ethanol...
when it is distilled...
not adding water to dry ethanol after the fact...

Can you build an onboard distillary...for the ICE...
for wet ethanol...micro-mini...
It is known as a carburetor...
(a rose by any other name is still a rose)
The heat being generated...

to "boil" the wet ethanol.
This releses the higher energy gases...
to be mixed with incoming atmoshperic gases..

(this would cause vapor lock with normal gasoline)

What this does... is seperate the lighter gases...
that is then supplying the more pure oxygen...
H2O...and the binder..H3BO3...
to become the onboard "oxidizing agent"
This ingredient "H3BO3" is used to manage the flame front.
It is being used to replace the sulpher in fuel mixtures...
(nitrogen enhanced ring a bell?)
It is used as a flame retardent in cellulose insulation...
It is used as the most effective insect killer...
used for thousands of years...for cockroaches and ants etc etc etc
It is also used for placing a film on silicon components...
computers...
so that travel speeds of electricity/frequencies/
is greatly enhanced...
I lost my associate in North Carolina, USA...
who used this "film"...
applied to a silicon wafer board material..
to provide constant lighting without heat...
he "captured the energy" and translated that to LED lighting...
It is used for every step of manufacturing...
aluminum and cast iron and steel components of engines.
It is used for making 'artificial crystals' ...
when pressurized correctly...it becomes as hard as diamonds.
It really atracts...directs frequencies/energy
You want the real "irony"...
it has to be used in fuel mixtures by law...
as long as they use EFI...
the many advantages of this ingredient will never be realized.
until they (ASME)classify all the fuel mixtures.
God only knows when that will be...
That is why...they don't want me to teach what I know.
That is why...I choose that specific carburetor...
That is why...exact instruction must be followed...
It is chemically correct...
to produce enough hydrogen on demand...
and other high energy gases...
to be safely utilized....with wet ethanol...and binder.
Yupper, they really don't want to loose that much control.
over the masses.
I think it is time to change the rules of engagement.
